These terms govern your use of the Intentional Space website and any coaching offer, digital product, or service purchased through it. By booking, purchasing, or applying for any offer, you agree to these terms.

About us

The Intentional Space is operated by [your name / business name], a coaching and education business based in [England/Wales]. We deliver coaching sessions, group programmes, digital products, and educational talks and workshops, built around the Direction Design framework.

What we offer

• The Direction Call (£4.99, 15 minutes)
• The Intentional Intensive (£97, 90 minutes)
• Direction Design One-to-One Coaching (£650, 8 weeks)
• The Direction Design Cohort (£500 per participant, 8 weeks)
• Digital products (toolkits and country guides)
• Talks and workshops for schools, colleges, universities and organisations

Prices, formats, and availability may change; the price and details shown at the time you book or purchase are what apply to you.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. The £4.99 Direction Call fee is deducted from a paid offer if booked within 48 hours of the call, applied manually on request.

One-to-One Coaching and Cohort places are confirmed only after application review and full or instalment payment; your place is not guaranteed until payment is received.

Nature of coaching

Coaching provided through The Intentional Space is educational and developmental in nature. It is not:

• Therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment
• Medical, legal, immigration, or financial advice
• A guarantee of any specific outcome, career change, relocation, or life result

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services rather than relying on coaching support.

Intellectual property

Direction Design, the framework, materials, workbooks, and toolkits provided through The Intentional Space are the intellectual property of [your name/business]. You may use them for your own personal development. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or teach the framework or materials to others without written permission.

Digital products

Toolkits and guides are delivered digitally and are for personal use only. Due to the nature of digital goods, these are generally non-refundable once access has been granted (see Cancellation & Refund Policy below).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Intentional Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our coaching services, digital products, or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
