Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

The Direction Call (free)

There is no charge for this call. You may reschedule or cancel at any time via the Calendly link in your confirmation email.

The Intentional Intensive (£97)

• Reschedule: free of charge if requested at least 48 hours before your session.
• Cancellation: refundable in full if cancelled at least 48 hours before your session. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but one reschedule will be offered as a courtesy.
• No-shows (no notice given): non-refundable, no reschedule offered.

Direction Design One-to-One Coaching (£650)

Once your application is accepted and payment is made, your place is confirmed.

If you choose to cancel at least 7 days before your first scheduled session, any payments made will be refunded minus a £50 administration fee.

If you choose to cancel within 7 days of your first scheduled session, preparation for your programme may already have begun. Refunds during this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account any work already completed.

Coaching is a collaborative relationship built on trust, honesty and mutual commitment. If, at any point during the programme, either you or I genuinely feel the coaching relationship is no longer the right fit, we'll have an open and honest conversation. If we decide to end the programme, any future sessions that have not yet taken place will be refunded. Sessions already completed, along with any coaching materials, resources or work already delivered, are non-refundable.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited.

Instalment payments must remain up to date for coaching sessions to continue.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this cancellation policy.

The Direction Design Cohort (£500 per participant)

• Once accepted and payment is made, your place is confirmed and held for you.
• If you cancel at least 14 days before the Cohort start date, a refund minus a [£50] administration fee will be provided.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable, as your place has reserved a space that could otherwise go to another applicant.
• If a Cohort does not reach minimum enrolment and is postponed or cancelled by us, all participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available Cohort.
• Missed live sessions during the programme are not individually refundable; session recordings are provided where available (for a limited period, as noted in the programme details).

Digital products (Toolkit, Country Guides)

Non-refundable once access has been granted, in line with standard practice for digital goods, since the product cannot be "returned" once downloaded or viewed. If you experience a genuine technical fault preventing access, contact us and we'll resolve it or provide a refund.

Talks & Workshops (institutional bookings)

Cancellation terms for schools, colleges, universities and organisations will be agreed individually as part of the booking confirmation and invoice, since these typically involve advance scheduling and preparation on both sides.
